Day 1 Transfer Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi National Park & Game Drive Main Destination: Mikumi National Park

Early morning 04AM pickup from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro. The journey takes approximately 4–5 hours.

Upon arrival, enter the park and enjoy an afternoon game drive across the Mkata Floodplain. Look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, impalas, hippos and, with luck, lions and other predators.

After the game drive, exit the park and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Village Tour (Maasai Culture) & Back Dar Es Salaam Main Destination: Mikumi National Park

After the Maasai visit, begin your drive back to Dar es Salaam with a packed lunch. Enjoy the scenic Tanzanian countryside along the way before arriving in Dar es Salaam in the evening, marking the end of your safari.
