They have experienced drivers and guides who spot unique animals before you even notice them yourself. They really spoiled us and took excellent care of us regarding accommodation, food, and comfort throughout the tour. In short, it is highly recommended.

The group of three couples landed in Kilimanjaro on Jul 1st and left back home on Jul 10th. 9 full safari days across all the main national parks (Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, Arusha). Acatree T&S has provided an excellent service along the entire period. In the first place, they were very patient and collaborative to let us adjust and customize the experience to fit perfectly our needs and interests. The addition of one day dedicated to trekking on the Kilimanjaro mountain was definitively a cherry on the cake. Jerry, our driver and guide, has been incredibly supportive and professional: despite the tour asked lengthy transfers on unpaved roads, he let us enjoy any moment out in the nature. Last but not least, we cannot avoid mentioning the magic of the Tanzania parks. The landscape, the trees and, obviously, the animals (how many in Serengeti!) provide such a spectrum of emotions that we can only recommend to plan a visit, if you never got the chance before. All Big Fives ticked in the end. What more?

Then it is nice if you find an honest and reliable team that helps you, gives advice, takes care of your worries. My advice: Don't look much further than Acatree. Deo and his team make you feel welcome. Communication is fast, clear, professional and personal. What they've organized is excellent. And then the guide. Jerry. What a hero. Human. Positive, enterprising, professional and damn good at what he does. We really had a fantastic trip! Thank you #TeamAcatree!

From the very beginning, their communication was flawless. They took all the stress out of arrival and departure by coordinating seamless airport pickups and drop-offs. My Incredible Itinerary with private guide, Elimeleck, took me on an absolute dream itinerary that covered so many diverse highlights: Arusha National Park & Tarangire National Park: Incredible game drives with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. Ngorongoro Crater: A breathtaking safari experience that felt like stepping into another world. Sunrise Balloon Safari: A magical, bucket-list experience that I will never forget. Cultural Highlights: Elimeleck went above and beyond by taking me to the Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre and a traditional Maasai village, adding rich cultural depth to my trip. Aside from the spectacular sights, the food throughout the entire trip was absolutely outstanding. The Highlight of Our Trip: Elimeleck What truly made this trip special was my guide. Elimeleck is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and an absolute joy to be around. He knew exactly where to find the wildlife and made sure I was comfortable and happy every single day. I am already telling all of my friends and family that they must book with Acatree Tours and ask for Elimeleck. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

A special thank you to Jerry, who was incredible throughout our trip. He picked us up from the airport, made us feel welcomed from the start, and even went above and beyond to assist us when we had issues with our luggage. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The entire trip was a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend Acatree Tours to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari adventure.

We spend 17 days in Tanzania & Zanzibar , we are a family of 4 with 2 children of 10 and 12 , we had a wonderful experience with the agency , the lodges where very comfortable , the roadtrip was adventurous as we wanted it to be. There were absolutely 0 bugs in the journey . Our Guide Jamie was exceptional and we all had some tears when we left him , as he's both a Safari & travel expert and a wonderful companion during 6 days . I recommend this agency and the fabulous work Deo and his team from the agency are doing. Its so much better to go through a local agency so they get 100%reward of their work and not through an EU agency who would take the comission / my opinion. Hope ill be back to see more one day .

We had a wonderful safari experience with Acatree Tours and Safaris in January, visiting Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. From the very first communication, everything was handled professionally, clearly, and promptly. It would have been convenient to have the option to pay the deposit by card, as the bank transfer was relatively expensive. However, this is only a minor suggestion for improvement rather than a significant criticism. During the safari our guide was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and nature. He made sure we had the best possible game-viewing experience while also sharing interesting insights about the parks, animals, and local culture. Tarangire amazed us with its impressive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, while Ngorongoro offered breathtaking scenery and an incredible concentration of wildlife. The vehicle was comfortable and well-maintained, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. We were also very pleased with the accommodation at Country Lodge Karatu. The lodge was comfortable and welcoming, and the dinner served there was excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and a perfect way to relax after an exciting day on safari. In general, we found the tour to be excellent. Everything that was promised was delivered, and the overall experience felt reliable, well-organized, and truly memorable. We highly recommend Acatree Tours and Safaris to anyone looking for a professionally organized, trustworthy, and unforgettable safari in Tanzania.

I really appreciate Acatree Tour and safari we had a great trip towards the end of the year and we were able to see the animals very closely We were also happy to see the beautiful and peaceful nature in Tarangire and even in the main part of History at Ngorongoro. The family was very impressed with the guide we had, Zakaria and Nolasco. We definitely want to have them when we come back. The travel of Acatree has been very good for us, it is a good car and it is among the best standards for tourist trips. We will definitely want it again next time

I booked Mt Kilimanjaro and a 3 safari through the company in addition to other accomodation and transfers to and from Arusha. I was highly impressed with the speed and quality of communication from my initial enquiry through to the end of my trip. I experienced a high level of client focus and in particular I wish to note the efforts of Norascus who was my main point of contact and was excellent through in all respects. I would have no hesitation in using the company again on my next visit. I also found the price point competitive for similar services to those offer by the more expensive companies.

Acatree Tours and Safaris stood out with their fast, friendly, and clear communication. They took the time to understand what we wanted — a real, immersive adventure — and customized our itinerary to perfection. Once on the ground, everything ran like clockwork. Our guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscapes but also passionate and patient, making the experience both thrilling and educational. Every day felt like a discovery — from spotting lions on a sunrise game drive to sharing stories. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team made us feel safe, welcome, and truly taken care of. If you’re looking for a safari that’s wild, well-organized, and deeply authentic, Acatree Tours is the one. We left with unforgettable memories — and already want to come back.
