Itinerary

05:30 – Departure from Dar es Salaam

Board the morning Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) train from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro. Relax and enjoy the scenic journey through the Tanzanian countryside.

09:00 – Arrival in Morogoro

Meet your professional driver at Morogoro SGR Station and transfer by air-conditioned van to Mikumi National Park.

11:30 – Arrival at Mikumi National Park

After completing park entry formalities, begin your guided game drive with an experienced driver-guide.

11:30 AM – 4:00 PM – Game Drive

Explore the park in search of its diverse wildlife. Depending on the season and animal movements, you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, hippos, crocodiles, and many bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by nature.

4:00 PM – Departure from Mikumi

Leave the park and transfer back to Morogoro SGR Station.

Evening – Return to Dar es Salaam
