These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SafariVendors, including public pages, user accounts, operator dashboards, safari listings, quote workflows, review modules, and communication features. By accessing or using SafariVendors, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
"SafariVendors", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the SafariVendors platform and its administrators. "Traveler" refers to any person browsing safaris or requesting quotes. "Operator" refers to a tour company or agent with an account used to publish packages and respond to inquiries. "Content" includes text, images, pricing, itineraries, reviews, and documents uploaded by users.
Platform Role
SafariVendors is a marketplace and lead-connection platform. We connect travelers and operators, but we are not the contracting tour provider for safari services listed by operators. The final booking agreement, service delivery, cancellation terms, refunds, and on-trip execution are between traveler and operator unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request. You are responsible for maintaining access credentials and for all activity under your account. We may require email or OTP verification before enabling certain actions. Accounts created with false identity, misleading business details, or unauthorized data may be restricted, suspended, or removed.
Traveler Obligations
Travelers must provide truthful trip details, including dates, destination preferences, budget expectations, and traveler counts. Submitting duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading quote requests is prohibited. Travelers are responsible for independently reviewing offer details (inclusions, exclusions, route, accommodation, permits, and cancellation terms) before booking.
Operator Obligations
Operators must publish accurate company and package information, respond professionally, and maintain lawful business operations. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, itinerary descriptions, permit requirements, and service promises. Misrepresentation, fake reviews, copied content, or bait pricing is prohibited and may lead to penalties, visibility restrictions, suspension, or account removal.
Quotes, Acceptance, and Decline Rules
Quote requests may be routed through platform workflows that include verification, response deadlines, and moderation controls. Where decline workflows exist, operators may submit decline requests only for valid mismatch reasons according to platform policy, and such requests may require admin approval. Failure to follow response or policy timelines may affect request status, account controls, or applicable charge handling according to current platform rules.
Fees, Wallet, and Platform Charges
Certain operator actions may be subject to wallet-based or feature-based charges as displayed in the dashboard and policy notices. Operators are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance where required by workflow rules. SafariVendors may hold, apply, reverse, or adjust ledger entries where fraud checks, disputes, duplicate controls, system corrections, or policy enforcement require review. Where a refund is due to an operator for a platform charge (for example a reversed or incorrectly applied fee), it is issued as wallet credit to the operator's SafariVendors account for future use on the platform, not as a cash payment or transfer of money. Wallet top-up payments made by operators to fund their SafariVendors wallet are separate from this and are subject to the payment provider's own processing terms.
Booking Cancellation
SafariVendors does not charge travelers for safari bookings and does not process traveler payments for safari services — those are made directly between traveler and operator. Cancellation terms for a specific safari, including cut-off periods, forfeiture rules, and any date-change allowances, are set by the operator offering that safari and must be reviewed before accepting a quote or paying the operator directly, as described in Section 2. For the operator-facing charges SafariVendors does bill (wallet top-ups and subscription fees under Section 7), cancelling a subscription stops future billing from the next cycle onward; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Payment, Pricing Transparency, and Refund Processing
Safari pricing shown on the platform is set and maintained by the operator publishing that listing; SafariVendors displays it as provided and does not add undisclosed fees to traveler-facing prices. The only payments SafariVendors itself processes are operator-facing — wallet top-ups and subscription fees — handled through PCI DSS-compliant payment processing partners. Where such a charge fails, is duplicated, or is reversed following a dispute or fraud check, the corresponding amount is refunded as SafariVendors wallet credit to the operator's account, consistent with Section 7, typically processed within 1-3 business days of the reversal being confirmed.
Listings, Ranking, and Visibility
Safari and operator visibility may depend on multiple factors including completeness, verification status, content quality, review signals, destination relevance, ranking rules, and configured platform logic (including bid-priority logic where applicable). We do not guarantee fixed ranking position, lead volume, or booking outcomes.
Reviews and User-Generated Content
By submitting content, you confirm you have rights to share it and grant SafariVendors a non-exclusive license to display, moderate, format, and distribute it on the platform for marketplace operation. We may remove, edit, or suppress content that violates law, intellectual property rights, safety policy, anti-spam standards, or quality rules.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; scrape data beyond permitted use; impersonate persons or businesses; publish discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful content; manipulate reviews; circumvent fee logic; or interfere with platform security and operations. Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.
Intellectual Property
SafariVendors branding, interface elements, platform structure, and proprietary content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. User-owned materials remain owned by users, subject to the content license above for platform operation.
Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may include third-party links, tools, embeds, or payment-related integrations. We are not responsible for external sites, third-party terms, or third-party service interruptions. Use of external services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
Disclaimers
SafariVendors is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we work to maintain platform reliability and moderation controls, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or guaranteed suitability for every user objective. Travelers should perform reasonable due diligence before making payments or travel commitments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SafariVendors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, operator-traveler disputes, listing inaccuracies, cancellations, travel disruptions, or third-party acts. Total liability, where legally applicable, is limited to amounts paid directly to SafariVendors for the specific service in dispute.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SafariVendors, its owners, team members, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, your legal violations, or breach of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where needed for policy compliance, fraud prevention, abuse control, legal requirements, safety concerns, or unpaid obligations. Termination does not remove obligations accrued before termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws determined by SafariVendors' operating jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise. Before formal proceedings, users should first contact support to attempt good-faith resolution.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform updates, compliance requirements, and product changes. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
