We may collect personal data you provide directly, including name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, travel preferences, safari budget details, traveler counts, dates, messages, and company profile data for operator accounts. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral sources, and interaction logs for security and analytics purposes.

SafariVendors is intended for users who can lawfully submit travel and business requests. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data. If child-age details are requested in quote forms for pricing logic, they are used only for trip planning and quote accuracy.

We use information to operate the marketplace, route quote requests, verify user identity, reduce spam and fraud, support operator-traveler communication, improve feature quality, enforce policy, resolve disputes, process wallet/transaction workflows where applicable, and provide customer support.

Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate business interests (platform integrity, fraud prevention, service optimization), and legal compliance obligations.

Traveler request details are shared with relevant operators so they can respond with offers. Operator profile and listing data is displayed publicly according to platform visibility rules. SafariVendors does not process, transmit, or store payment card details for traveler-to-operator safari bookings, since those payments are made directly between traveler and operator and never pass through SafariVendors. For the operator-facing payments SafariVendors does process — wallet top-ups and subscription fees — card data is collected and processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processing partners; SafariVendors does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Where an operator saves a card for faster future top-ups, only a secure token, masked card number, card brand, and expiry date provided by our payment processor are stored — never the underlying card number or security code.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, enforce policies, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support auditing/security needs. Retention periods may vary by data category and account status.

SafariVendors may be accessed from multiple countries. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where SafariVendors or its providers operate. By using the platform, you understand that cross-border processing may occur subject to applicable legal safeguards.
