Day 1 Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive, exploring its grasslands, forests and wetlands while searching for elephants, lions, buffaloes, rhinos and other wildlife. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and continue to Karatu for an overnight stay at Eileen’s Trees Inn.

Day 2 Karatu – Tarangire National Park – Fly to Zanzibar Main Destination: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and rich wildlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, with opportunities to spot elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes and many bird species. After the safari, drive to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari.
