Day By Day

2 Day Itinerary

Day 1 Journey Into the Okavango Delta Main Destination: Okavango Delta

Our safari will depart from Maun at 07h00 for a 1-hour boat ride to the mokoro station. From here, we will board our mokoro for a leisurely trip to our campsite where we will have a light lunch and enjoy a hard-earned riverside siesta moment. It is truly a wilderness and a great, soothing experience. You will get to learn a lot about this amazing ecosystem called the Okavango Delta.

We will then embark on a 2-3 hour late afternoon nature walk. Upon return to the camp, you will be treated to a hot camp shower before proceeding to dinner around a campfire. For us, a campfire forms a critical part of the experience as this is where we tell our heritage stories.

You will then retreat to your 3.2 x 3.2m tent equipped with a stretcher bed and a mattress, a veranda and an attached bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. Our camp hand will take care of all the camp chores including cooking. All you have to do is to enjoy your hard-earned holiday.
