3-Day Central Serengeti & Ngorongoro Camping Safari

After breakfast in the morning, depart for Serengeti National Park, carrying picnic lunch boxes. Enjoy game drives along the way and spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti’s wildlife. In the evening, return to the campsite for dinner and an overnight stay. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to witness the spectacular wildebeest migration.

Following an early morning game drive, we’ll travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, making a stop at the historic Olduvai Gorge along the way. This famous archaeological site, where Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey made groundbreaking anthropological discoveries, is known for the discovery of the “Nutcracker” and “Handy Man” skulls.

After an early breakfast, you'll descend more than 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting wildlife experience. This area is home to a wide variety of animals, including wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elephants, and predators such as lions, hyenas, and cheetahs. You'll also visit Lake Magadi, renowned for its flamingos and other water birds. In the afternoon, you'll head back to Arusha, where you can either be dropped off at your preferred hotel or at the airport.
