Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam around 5:30 AM for your transfer to Mikumi National Park, a journey of approximately 5 to 6 hours. Upon arrival in Morogoro, you will enjoy a hot lunch before proceeding with an exciting game drive until sunset. Expect to encounter a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and more. After the game drive, you will head to Camp Bastian for dinner, an overnight stay, and preparations for the next day's adventures.

After breakfast in the morning, you will be picked up from your camp and driven to Nyerere National Park, with a picnic lunch along the way. Upon arrival in the evening, you will embark on a boat safari, where you can observe hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at the lodge.

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, you will embark on a full-day game drive at Nyerere National Park, formerly known as Selous Game Reserve. Your adventure begins at Africa Safari Selous, where our professional drivers and guides will take you on an unforgettable wildlife experience. Throughout the day, you’ll encounter a variety of animals, including elephants, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and more. You'll also have the chance to admire diverse bird species and breathtaking landscapes featuring wetlands, dry grasslands, light acacia forests, and elevated areas offering panoramic views of distant mountains. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a packed lunch and take a short break before continuing your exploration. The game drive will proceed until the evening, when you will return to Africa Safari Selous for dinner, rest, and preparation for your final day.

On this day, start your morning with a refreshing cup of tea before embarking on a guided bushman walking tour through the forest, accompanied by our experienced bushman and an armed ranger. After the tour, return to Africa Safari Camp for a hearty breakfast. Once refreshed, prepare for your journey back to Dar es Salaam, with a stop along the way for lunch.
