7-Day TANZANIA PARKS PRIVATE MIDRANGE SAFARI

After arriving at the airport in Kilimanjaro International Airport you will meet with your Legacy Destinations guide whom will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending with your arrival time, you may take a city tour and go shopping.

Later on the day, a Legacy Destinations representative will meet you at the hotel and provide you with the tour briefing and make sure everything is in place for your adventure to begin.

After breakfast, your personal Legacy Destinations safari guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park where you will enjoy an optional guided walk followed by a full day game drive. Have a picnic lunch around midday before continuing with a game drive.

After your breakfast at the lodge, your Legacy Destinations safari guide will drive you to the Serengeti National Park. Arrive in Serengeti just in time for a short game drive followed by a picnic lunch and more game drive before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer from Central Serengeti to the Ndutu area of the Serengeti. The Ndutu area is in the southern regions of Serengeti and it is famous for hosting an epic wildlife phenomenon, the great wildebeest migration calving season. Enjoy an optional balloon safari and extensive game drives for the two days you will spend here.

Morning Game Drive – Start your adventure early as the golden sunrise paints the savannah. Enjoy thrilling encounters with lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas as they hunt in the open plains. During migration season (December – March), witness vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles grazing across the grasslands.

Bush Breakfast & Mid-Morning Exploration – Take a break at a scenic spot and enjoy a packed breakfast in the heart of the wilderness. Afterward, continue exploring the acacia-dotted landscapes, where elephants, giraffes, and diverse bird species thrive.

Lunch Break – Relish a delicious picnic lunch near one of Ndutu’s picturesque seasonal lakes, where flamingos and other waterbirds gather. Alternatively, opt for a hot lunch at a nearby luxury lodge or camp.

Afternoon Game Drive – Delve deeper into the Ndutu region as the wildlife becomes more active in the cooler hours. This is an excellent time to track big cats resting under trees or elephants wandering

Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge before your guide pick you up ready to take you to the Ngorongoro Crater, an ancient caldera filled with so many wildlife species than anywhere else providing epic wildlife encounters including The Big Five. Enjoy a picnic lunch and a game drive.

Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for your last day of the safari. Go and enjoy a game drive and uncover Lake Manyara's diverse wildlife including the famous tree climbing lions as well as an optional treetop walk. After your game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, your guide will drive you back to Arusha.
