Day 1 - Zanzibar – Fly to Nyerere National Park (Selous) & Game Drive
Morning transfer from your hotel to Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled flight to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve).
Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be welcomed by your guide and start a game drive safari. During the drive you will have great opportunities to see wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions and many bird species.
Picnic lunch in the bush.
Afternoon game drive continues exploring the park.

Day 2 - Full Day Boat Safari & Fishing on Rufiji River
After breakfast, depart for a full day boat safari and fishing experience along the famous Rufiji River.
This river is one of the best places in Tanzania for bird watching, where you can spot kingfishers, fish eagles, herons, storks, and many other water birds.
You will also enjoy fishing activities while cruising through the river channels surrounded by hippos and crocodiles.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the riverbank, then continue fishing and bird watching until sunset.
