Day 1 - Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park & Boat safari
An early morning pick up from your hotel or the airport in Dar es Salaam is followed by a scenic 4 hours drive to Nyerere National Park. After lunch at the lodge, you'll embark on a captivating sunset boat safari on the Rufiji River where you can spot hippos, crocodiles and various bird species.

Day 2 - Full day game drive
Spend the full day game drive in 4x4 safari vehicle, exploring the park diverse landscapes. The park is home to a large concentration of elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs buffaloes, giraffes, zebras etc. You can have a packed picnic lunch in the bush to maximise your time in the park. Later drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Walking Safari & Return to Dar es salaam
Start your final day with an early morning guided walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger. This allows you to experience the bush up close, learning about animals tracks,plant life and the smaller aspects of the ecosystem. Later enjoy delicious breakfast, you will drive back to Dar es salaam arriving by early afternoon for your onward travel.
