Enjoy 4 days safari in Nyerere National Park formerly was known as Selous game reserve. The Selous Game Reserve, covering 50,000 square km, is among the largest protected area in Africa and relatively undisturbed by humans. Selous is rich in elephant, cheetah, giraffe, hippos and crocodile, and many other species. Day by Day Activities
Day 1 - Flight to Selous & Full Day Game Drive
Start with a hotel pickup in Zanzibar for your transfer to the airport for a scheduled flight to Mtemere Airstrip. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will welcome you with a packed lunch before you embark on an exciting game drive in Selous Game Reserve, spotting diverse wildlife, including the rare African wild dogs. As the sun sets, transfer to your lodge by the Rufiji River for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Full Day Game Drive (Chemka Hotspring)
After a full breakfast, you’ll drive into the vast Nyerere National Park to explore the diverse wildlife and undisturbed nature for a full day. Countless elephants and buffaloes, prides of lions, giraffes, zebras, and impalas are quite common. Enjoy a picnic lunch break from a safe vantage point while taking in the beautiful scenery and watching wildlife in their natural habitat. Then, you will be taken to Beho Beho Chemka hot spring where by you will be able to see natures hot flow of water and a nice place for swimming.

Day 3 - Bush Walk & Sunset Boat Safari
Start your day with a guided walking safari, exploring diverse landscapes with an armed ranger. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic sunset boat safari along the Rufiji River, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and vibrant birdlife. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay by the river.

Day 4 - Departure to Zanzibar
