Day 1 Tumbatu Island Reef Snorkeling By Private Speedboat Main Destination: Zanzibar

Your driver collects you from your hotel for the transfer to the north coast, about an hour. Board a private speedboat for the 45-minute ride to the reefs around Tumbatu Island. Your guide takes you to several snorkeling spots, where you can swim at your own pace among coral and reef fish for close to two hours. Afterwards, relax on the boat with soft drinks, fruit and light snacks before returning to Nungwi or Kendwa and your hotel. Not suitable for non-swimmers or anyone prone to seasickness.
