Day by Day Activities
Day 1 - Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly met and greeted by Wilderness First Travel Guide.
After a short briefing, enjoy a transfer to Arusha, where you will check in for overnight accommodation and relax after your journey to Tanzania
Day 2 - Coffee Tour, Waterfall Hike & Local Lunch
Visit a local family and learn the traditional process of preparing coffee from the farm to the cup. You will see how coffee is harvested, roasted, and ground before enjoying a fresh cup yourself.
After the coffee experience, enjoy a delicious local lunch prepared by the family.
Later, take a short hike to a beautiful waterfall, a refreshing activity that will help you relax and recover from a long flight while enjoying the peaceful nature around you.
Day 3 - Arusha National Park
Enjoy a short drive (about 45 minutes) from Arusha to Arusha National Park for a wonderful day of wildlife and nature.
Start with a guided walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger, where you can get close to wildlife such as giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, and visit the beautiful waterfalls in the park.
Later, continue with a game drive through the park, with chances to see flamingos at the Momella Lakes, baboons, blue monkeys, and black-and-white colobus monkeys. The park also offers beautiful landscapes with views of Mount Meru and lush forests.

Day 4 - Scenic Drive to Enduimet Wildlife Management Area

Day 6 - Game Drive & Sundowner – Kambi ya Tembo

Day 8 - Mkomazi National Park /Game Drive & Black Rhino Sanctuary

Day 10 - Mambo Viewpoint Back Route – Western Usambara Mountains

Day 11 - Mambo View Point/Village Walk to Shagayu Forest
Today we will enjoy a scenic walk from the lodge through the village and continue to Shagayu Forest.

During the hike, we will stop in the forest to enjoy a packed lunch, surrounded by peaceful nature before continuing the walk back to the lodge.

Day 13 - Magamba Forest Hike
Today we will enjoy a hike to Magamba Forest, one of the most beautiful forests in the Usambara Mountains.
During the walk, you will explore the lush tropical forest and learn about the rich history of the area dating back to World War II, including historical sites and stories from that time.

Day 14 - Flight to Zanzibar & Transfer to Jambiani
On this day, you will be transferred to Tanga Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and greeted by our representative and then transferred to Jambiani, a beautiful beach village on the southeast coast of the island.
Arrive at your accommodation and relax while enjoying the peaceful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

Later in the evening, relax on a sunset dhow cruise, sailing along the coast while enjoying the beautiful sunset over the Indian Ocean
Day 19 - Departure from Zanzibar
On this day, depending on your international flight schedule, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport to catch your flight back home.
