2 Day Itinerary
Day 1 Arusha Airport – Arusha National Park Game Drive & Walking Safari Main Destination: Arusha National Park
Meet your safari guide at arusha Airport and depart for Arusha National Park, one of Northern Tanzania’s most scenic and varied national parks. Begin with a game drive through different habitats where you may see giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, bushbucks, blue monkeys and black-and-white colobus monkeys, as well as numerous bird species. The park’s landscapes include the Momella Lakes, forested areas and impressive views of Mount Meru on clear days. Later, accompanied by an armed park ranger, enjoy a guided walking safari that brings you closer to nature and gives you the chance to learn about animal tracks, plants and the surrounding ecosystem. After the activities, return to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 Arusha – Materuni Village & Waterfall Main Destination: Materuni Waterfalls
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and travel toward Materuni Village, situated on the green foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro near Moshi. Upon arrival, begin a guided walk through the village and lush countryside, passing local farms, banana plantations, coffee trees and beautiful vegetation along the way. The trail leads you to the impressive Materuni Waterfall, where water drops dramatically from the mountain into the valley below. Spend time enjoying the scenery, taking photographs and relaxing in the refreshing natural environment. Depending on your program, you can also learn about the local coffee-growing traditions before enjoying lunch. Later in the afternoon, begin your journey back to Arusha or continue to the airport according to your travel arrangements.
