2 Day Itinerary
Day 1 Travel from Kampala/Entebb to Lake Mburo - Afternoon Boat Cruise and Evening Gam Main Destination: Lake Mburo National Park
Have your breakfast as you wait for pickup at 6:30 am from your hotel or airport, start your journey while heading towards western Uganda, and have a brief stopover at the Uganda equator for an experience. Later proceed to the park, check in to your lodge for lunch, and later embark on an afternoon boat ride on Lake Mburo, which will give you an opportunity to spot a number of aquatic animals and birds, lowland animals and birds, zebras, crocodiles, and hippos. Then after, head for an evening game drive, which usually takes about 1-2 hours, after which you will retire to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Morning Nature Walk - Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe Main Destination: Lake Mburo National Park
After having your breakfast, head out for a guided morning nature walk accompanied by an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide; expect to see animals like impalas, warthogs, zebras, bushbucks, giraffes, and buffaloes, among others. You can also decide to visit salt licks at Rwonyo with a hike to Rubanga hilltop to view these beautiful lake views. Retire to the lodge for a refreshing lunch, and then transfer back to Kampala or the airport drop-off, arriving later in the evening.
