2-Day Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

DAY 1:ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – KARATU

After breakfast, your Testify Safari guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive towards Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife. �

Enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park, with opportunities to see elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes and many bird species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park.

In the late afternoon, leave Tarangire and drive towards the Karatu area, where you will have dinner and spend the night at your campsite.

DAY 2: KARATU – NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive.

The crater is a vast volcanic caldera with a high concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, lions and, with luck, rhinos. �

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your game drive. Later, ascend from the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening.
