2-Day Tarangire & Ngorongoro Crater Joining Safar-Camping

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. Drive to Tarangire National Park and enjoy a full-day game drive through its diverse landscapes of open savannah, seasonal swamps, and majestic baobab trees. The park is famous for its large elephant population and excellent opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, depart for your Public camp near Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, the crater offers excellent opportunities to see the endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and a variety of birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending the crater walls and beginning your scenic drive back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon and transfer to your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
