4-Day The Big Five Wildness Quest

After breakfast at Arusha Planet Lodge, meet your Kiwia Africa Tours safari guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. Enter the park and enjoy an exciting game drive through its diverse landscapes, famous for large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and, with luck, lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari and continue exploring the park in the afternoon. Later, exit Tarangire and drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight at Fanaka Lodge.

Continue into Central Serengeti for an afternoon game drive before arriving at Nyani Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Explore the open plains, kopjes and wildlife-rich areas of Central Serengeti, following animal activity throughout the day. Search for the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffalo and leopards, as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive until late afternoon. Later, go back to Nyani campsite Area for dinner and overnight.

Start the journey to Ngorongoro conservational area and Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive on the crater floor. Explore this remarkable natural wildlife sanctuary and search for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha. Enjoy lunch along the way before arriving in Arusha, where your Big Five Wilderness Quest comes to an end.
