5 Day Itinerary
Day 1 Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Equator at Kayabwe Main Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will start your safari with a hotel pick-up in Entebbe and travel toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, you'll pause at the Equator in Kayabwe for a unique photo opportunity. You'll enjoy lunch in Mbarara before continuing your scenic journey. You'll arrive at the park by late afternoon, check in at Twin Lakes Safari Lodge (or similar), and if time allows, head out for a brief evening game drive.
Day 2 Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari – Queen Elizabeth National Park Main Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park
You Will begin your day with an early morning game drive through the Kasenyi Plains, a prime area for spotting predators like lions and hyenas, as well as elephants, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and bushbucks.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat safari along the wildlife-rich Kazinga Channel, home to hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species for the bird lovers. You'll return to your lodge with a game drive en route. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3 Chimpanzee Trekking – Queen Elizabeth NP to Bwindi Impenetrable NP Main Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you'll venture into Kyambura Gorge or Kalinzu Forest for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience.
After the chimpanzee trekking experience, you will continue your journey south to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, the sanctuary of Uganda’s endangered mountain gorillas. You will arrive at the lodge later in the evening, where you will check in at the lodge. Your overnight stay and dinner will be at the lodge.

Day 4 Gorilla Trekking – Bwindi/Mgahinga Gorilla NP to Lake Bunyonyi Main Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You'll start your day with an early transfer to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing. Then, you'll set off on a guided trek through the forest in search of a mountain gorilla family.
You'll spend up to one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
After the trek, you'll travel to the serene shores of Lake Bunyonyi to relax and unwind. Your overnight stay will be at Lake Bunyonyi Overland Camp or similar.

Day 5 Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda – Kigali, Rwanda Main Destination: Erindi Private Game Reserve
You will enjoy a leisurely lakeside breakfast before departing for Kigali, Rwanda.
You’ll be dropped off at your preferred location in the city or at Kigali International Airport, depending on your onward travel plans. If time allows you can have a city tour
