Day 1 From Your Hotel to Marangu Gate (1,860 M) to Mandara Hut (2,700 M) Main Destination: Kilimanjaro National Park

Your Kilimanjaro adventure begins with a morning transfer from your hotel to Marangu Gate, the starting point of the famous Marangu Route. Upon arrival, complete the park registration process and meet your experienced mountain guides and fellow trekkers before receiving a comprehensive briefing about the climb ahead.

The trek starts with a gentle ascent through Kilimanjaro's lush montane rainforest, where towering trees, colorful birdlife, and playful black-and-white colobus monkeys create a spectacular introduction to the mountain. As you follow the well-maintained trail, enjoy the fresh mountain air and the peaceful beauty of one of Tanzania's most remarkable natural environments.

Arrive at Mandara Hut in the afternoon, where you'll settle into your mountain hut, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner, and get to know your fellow climbers. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for the exciting days ahead as you begin your journey toward the Roof of Africa.

After breakfast, continue your ascent as the rainforest gives way to open moorland. The trail offers stunning views of Mawenzi Peak and the surrounding landscapes, with giant heathers and unique alpine vegetation lining the route. Arrive at Horombo Hut in the afternoon to relax, acclimatize, and enjoy the company of fellow trekkers.

Day 3 Horombo Hut (3,720 M) to Kibo Hut (4,700 M) Main Destination: Kilimanjaro National Park

Today's trek crosses the Saddle, a dramatic alpine desert stretching between Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. The scenery becomes more rugged as you approach Kibo Hut, your final stop before the summit attempt. After an early dinner, your guides will provide a summit briefing before you rest for the midnight climb.

Day 4 Kibo Hut (4,700 M) to Uhuru Peak (5,895 M) to Horombo Hut (3,720 M) Main Destination: Kilimanjaro National Park

Just after midnight, begin the challenging ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Reach Gilman's Point before continuing along the crater rim to the summit, where you'll be rewarded with an unforgettable sunrise above the clouds. Celebrate your achievement, take memorable photos, and then descend to Kibo Hut for a short rest before continuing to Horombo Hut for the night.

Elevation: 4,700 m to 5,895 m, then down to 3,720 m

After breakfast, descend through the beautiful rainforest to Marangu Gate. Upon arrival, receive your official Kilimanjaro summit certificate and celebrate your incredible accomplishment with your group. Your driver will then transfer you back to your hotel, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure on the Roof of Africa.
