From the moment i made my booking, the communication was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and genuinely cared about making my experience memorable. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared fascinating stories about the chagga culture, local traditions, and the beautiful environment surrounding mount kilimanjaro. The hike to materuni waterfalls was breathtaking, passing through lush coffee plantations and stunning landscapes. Reaching the waterfall was truly rewarding, and swimming beneath the falls was an experience i'll never forget. One of the highlights was visiting a local chagga village, where we learned how coffee is traditionally grown, roasted, and prepared. Making our own cup of fresh coffee while singing and dancing with the local community was an authentic cultural experience that made the tour even more special. Everything was perfectly organized, including transportation, lunch, and the overall itinerary. I always felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of.
