4-Day Tanzania Safari- Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park.

After completing the park entry procedures, begin your first wildlife game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large baobab trees, open savannah and opportunities to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelopes, lions and many bird species.

You will stop for lunch during the safari and continue exploring different areas of the park in the afternoon.

Later, drive to your lodge or campsite in the Karatu, Mto wa Mbu or confirmed accommodation area for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart toward Serengeti National Park, travelling through the beautiful landscapes of Northern Tanzania.

Enter Serengeti and begin your wildlife game drive across the famous plains. Depending on the area and season, you may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas and many other animals.

The Great Migration may also be encountered when the herds are in suitable parts of the ecosystem, although migration locations and river crossings cannot be guaranteed.

Continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to your confirmed lodge or campsite in Serengeti.

After breakfast, enjoy another game drive in Serengeti National Park.

The morning provides additional time to search for wildlife and explore different Serengeti habitats. Your guide will choose suitable game viewing areas according to wildlife movement, road conditions and the time available.

After lunch, continue with wildlife viewing while gradually travelling toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arrive at your lodge or campsite around the Ngorongoro or Karatu area for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the crater floor for your final wildlife game drive.

The crater offers opportunities to see zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, gazelles, hippos, hyenas, elephants, lions and many bird species. Black rhinos may also be seen, although sightings are never guaranteed.

Enjoy your lunch during the safari before continuing with the game drive.

Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and begin the return journey to Moshi or Arusha, where your 4 Days Tanzania Safari ends.
