5-Day Safari with beach relaxation

You will be picked up in the morning from your Nairobi hotel or the airport and driven to Amboseli National Park, a scenic journey of less than five hours. Arrive with a game drive en route to your lodge, enjoying your first views of wildlife set against the stunning backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro.

After check-in and lunch at Sopa Lodge, take some time to relax. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive. Amboseli is famed for its large herds of elephants and excellent wildlife viewing. The park’s landscapes include the dry Lake Amboseli bed, wetlands, savannah, and acacia woodlands, making it a paradise for nature lovers.

Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge

Start your day with an early morning game drive in Amboseli, offering great opportunities to spot wildlife in the soft morning light. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then check out and drive to Tsavo West National Park, less than a 3-hour journey.

Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge with a stop at Mzima Springs, a lush oasis known for its crystal-clear waters. From the underwater viewing chamber, you can see hippos and fish, and possibly spot crocodiles and monkeys in the surrounding area.

Continue to Ngulia Safari Lodge for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, set out on another game drive. Tsavo West is famed for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife, including elephants, rhinos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, buffalo, and a variety of bird species such as the rare corncrake and Basra Reed Warbler.

Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge

After an early breakfast, depart Tsavo West and drive to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a journey of about 3 hours with game viewing en route. Arrive at the iconic Salt Lick Safari Lodge, uniquely built on stilts overlooking a busy waterhole, and check in for lunch.

In the afternoon, head out for a game drive through the sanctuary. Taita Hills is home to a wide variety of wildlife, and you’ll have the chance to spot well-known predators such as lions and leopards, along with their prey, including zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and more.

Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Safari Lodge

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Taita Hills, followed by breakfast at the lodge. After check-out, enjoy a short game drive en route as you head to Tsavo East National Park, a journey of about 2 hours.

Known as Kenya’s largest protected area, Tsavo East is famous for its vast landscapes and iconic wildlife. Look out for the park’s legendary red-dust elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of antelope species, including waterbuck, lesser kudu, and gerenuk. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy spotting some of the over 500 bird species recorded in the park.

Arrive at Voi Wildlife Lodge in time for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, venture out for an afternoon game drive, soaking in the beauty and wildlife of this historic and diverse park.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at your lodge before checking out. Depart Tsavo East with a final game drive en route, as you exit the park and begin your journey to the Kenyan coast.

The drive to Mombasa takes approximately 4 hours, with scenic views along the way. You’ll arrive in Mombasa around lunchtime, after which you’ll be transferred to your beach hotel.

Drop-off will be at your chosen coastal destination: North Coast (Mombasa), Watamu, Malindi or South Coast (Diani)where you can relax and unwind by the Indian Ocean after your unforgettable safari adventure.
