Your Southern Tanzania safari begins with a pick-up from Iringa (airport, hotel, or another agreed location). Meet your professional safari guide and begin the scenic drive toward Ruaha National Park, passing through beautiful highlands, rural villages, and picturesque landscapes.

Upon arrival at Ruaha Hilltop Lodge, check in and take time to relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and panoramic views. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner before settling in for your overnight stay, ready to begin your wildlife adventure the following day.

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in Ruaha National Park, Tanzania's largest national park. Explore its diverse landscapes of baobab forests, open savannah, rocky escarpments, and the Great Ruaha River. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, African wild dogs, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your wildlife adventure until late afternoon. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy another exciting day exploring different areas of Ruaha National Park. Your experienced guide will take you to wildlife-rich locations, increasing your chances of spotting predators and other iconic African wildlife.

Visit seasonal rivers, open plains, and dense woodlands while learning about the park's unique ecosystem. Picnic lunch will be served inside the park before returning to Ruaha Hilltop Lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart Ruaha and travel to Mikumi National Park. Upon arrival, check in at Camp Lilac before heading out for a late afternoon sunset game drive.

Mikumi's open plains, often compared to the Serengeti, are home to elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, lions, hippos, and numerous antelope species.

Enjoy the beautiful golden sunset over the savannah before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Enjoy excellent opportunities to photograph predators and grazing animals in the soft morning light.

After the game drive, return for breakfast before departing for Nyerere National Park. Travel through picturesque landscapes and local villages before arriving at Selous Safari Lodge in the late afternoon. Relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the next day's safari adventure.

Following breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive in Nyerere National Park, one of Africa's largest protected wildlife areas. Explore its vast wilderness, home to elephants, lions, leopards, African wild dogs, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your wildlife exploration. Return to Selous Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight

Early in the morning, transfer to Mtemere Airstrip for your scheduled flight departing at 07:00 AM to Zanzibar.
