Day 1 - Affordable day trip from zanzibar to nyerere national park
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for your 30-minute flight set at 6:00 to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve). Upon arrival at Mtemere Airstrip, you will begin game drive safari You’ll have a full day of game viewing in Nyerere National Park/Selous Game Reserve taking a packed lunch with you to maximize your game drive time. You will have a picnic lunch break from a safe vantage point for a chance to spot the images of your dreams ranging from beautiful scenery to fascinating views of wildlife, in a natural habitat. You may expect to see diverse wildlife which includes elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, eland, kudu, wildebeest, antelope, lion, leopard, rare wild dog, jackal, and an amazing array of colorful birds.
3:30pm your drive take/drive way back to airport ready to flight back to zanzibar and you will take off around 4:20pm
