Getting ready for your first requests

A short checklist for a strong start: what to set up before travellers find you.

The first impression decides whether a traveller asks you for a quote or someone else. Before you go live, take care of the basics.

  1. Complete your company profile: logo, description, licence details, languages and contact information.
  2. List your safaris with clear day-by-day itineraries, honest "what is included" lists and good photos.
  3. Set your bid on each safari within the allowed range for its destination.
  4. Fund your wallet when you are ready to accept requests.
  5. Turn on email notifications so new requests reach you quickly.
TipSafaris with a full itinerary, real photos and a clear price guide get more attention than short, vague listings.

Once you register, your dashboard has a Help Center with step-by-step guidance for running your account.
