Questions operators ask before registering

Short answers on cost, control, requests and what you need to get started.

Does it cost anything to join?

Registering, creating your profile and listing safaris is free. A fee applies only when you accept a traveller's request.

Who sets my prices?

You do. You also decide which requests to accept and how you handle the booking with the traveller.

Do I see the traveller's details straight away?

You see their trip details first. Their contact details are unlocked when you accept the request.

Can I list safaris in more than one country?

Yes. Each safari belongs to its destination, and the bid rules follow that destination. See the "How Bids Work" page for the current list.

Can travellers review me?

Yes. Reviews appear on your public profile and influence how you rank, so they matter.

What do I need to start?

Your company details, a logo and some photos, and the safaris you want to list. You can complete the rest as you go.
