Day 1 Arrival at Entebbe International Airport Main Destination: Entebbe International Airport (EBB)

You will be received by your driver/guide at the Airport. Depending on your arrival time, if you arrive at night, we check into a resort or lodge for a relaxation moment after the long flight. Your safari begins with a warm Ugandan welcome and transfer to your accommodation.

Day 2 Drive to Murchison Falls National Park Main Destination: Murchison Falls National Park

After a cup of tea/coffee, drive to Uganda's biggest national park (Murchison Falls National Park) which is over 5,000 square kilometres. Drive through Luwero Triangle famous with Ugandan civil war of 1980, enjoy Rhino tracking at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, and visit the top of the falls. Cross the Nile to Paraa and check into your lodge.

Day 3 Morning Game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park Main Destination: Murchison Falls National Park

An early cup of tea/coffee at 6:00 am and set for the early morning game drive along the Nile River Bank to the broad savannah for the most likelihood of Big cats hunting, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, plus more as the checklist of mammals reaches 76. Afternoon 2-5pm for a 3-hour boat ride to the base of Falls to see Hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, and beautiful bird species.

Day 4 Murchison Falls National Park - Kibale National Park Main Destination: Kibale National Park

Have our early morning breakfast, check out of the great Murchison Falls National Park and drive along Lake Albert, to the escarpment area for a great view of the great rift valley. Continue through Hoima town for lunch, through Mabale, Kagadi towns with great views of the local community, thatched houses, school kids and finally to Kyenjojo town.

Day 5 Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Walk Main Destination: Kibale National Park

Early morning breakfast, continue to Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for a morning briefing and start the chimpanzee tracking experience, expect lots of monkeys, birds and lots of tree species. Return for lunch. Evening relaxation or Bigodi Nature walk with lots of monkey species. Overnight at your lodge.

Day 6 Kibale Forest National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park Main Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the crater lakes and on to the main road. Check in on time for lunch and get ready for an evening boat ride on the Kazinga Channel, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds along the shores.

Day 7 Queen Elizabeth National Park Main Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Drive through to Kasenyi crater lakes and Lake Munyanyange for bird viewing and salt mining. This area is famous for its flamingos and other migratory birds. Return later to our lodge for lunch, dinner and overnight. You may also spot elephants and buffaloes grazing in the savannah plains during your drives.

Day 8 Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park Main Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Drive through Ishasha, with chances of tree-climbing lions, buffaloes, hippos and many more. Lunch at Savannah Resort and continue to Bwindi. The drive offers stunning views of the western rift valley escarpment and local villages along the way. As you approach Bwindi, the landscape transforms into lush, mist-covered hills, home to the endangered mountain gorillas you will trek tomorrow.

Day 9 Gorilla Trekking Experience Main Destination: Lake Bunyonyi

Gorilla trekking experience, get close to the gentle giants at least 2 meters to the mountain gorillas. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience where you spend one hour with a gorilla family in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for an overnight and relaxation after the trek.

Day 11 Lake Mburo National Park Main Destination: Lake Mburo National Park

Drive to Lake Mburo National Park for an evening boat ride on the lake. This park is known for its zebras, impalas, and elands. The boat ride offers excellent views of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds like the African fish eagle and kingfishers. You may also spot buffaloes, topis, and bushbucks grazing along the lake shores as the sun sets over the acacia-dotted savannah, making for a perfect end to your wildlife adventures before your final departure day.
